FullCure Materials Overview

3D Modeling with FullCure®Materials
Objet’s FullCure Materials family of proprietary acrylic-based photopolymer materials enables Objet users to create highly accurate, finely detailed 3D models and parts for a wide range of Rapid Prototyping applications.

The wide variety of resins within the FullCure resins family, including transparent, colored, opaque, flexible and rigid properties, enables models that meet a wide range of fit, form, function and “feel” requirements. FullCure Support material, used in combination with any FullCure Model material enables models with an unlimited array of complex geometries, including overhangs and undercuts.

FullCure materials are based on Objet’s PolyJet™ technology, which produces fully cured models that can be handled immediately after being built. This is a unique advantage over other RP technologies and materials, which all require lengthy post processing.

Delivered in fully sealed 2kg or 3.6kg cartridges, FullCure 3D Modeling materials and Support materials are environmentally safe, requiring no skin contact. Loading and unloading is similar to the process of installing and removing inkjet cartridges from a paper printer. Tango family materials as well as DurusWhite are available in 1.44 in 3.6KG casing.

3D Modeling with FullCure Materials - Key Features & Benefits

  • Choice of materials enables a wide variety of applications
  • Fully cured – models can be handled and touched, right off the tray, with no post Processing required
  • Easy to remove gel-like Support material means no hard grid edges
  • Model surfaces readily absorb paint – enabling more realistic-looking models
  • Model material can also be machined, drilled, chrome-plated or used as a mold
  • Easy switching between different materials

The Fullcure line includes:

FullCure720 Transparent

General-purpose transparent resin, offering excellent technical properties

Vero Family
Opaque rigid materials offering toughness, dimensional stability and great detail visualization

  • VeroWhite
  • VeroBlue
  • VeroBlack
  • VeroGray*

VeroGray - FullCure®850 is the new member of the well-known Vero family of opaque model materials. This material provides excellent dimensional stability, great detail visualization and surface quality.

Durus Family

  • DurusWhite

Polypropylene-like Material addressing a broad range of applications requiring polypropylene - like appearance; flexibility, strength and toughness.

Tango Family
Unique resin technology providing rubber like flexible materials with various levels of elasticity.

  • TangoBlackPlus
  • TangoBlack
  • TangoGray
  • TangoPlus

Support Material
FullCure705 Support – Support material for models with complicated geometries, such as overhangs and undercuts.

FullCure720 Transparent

FullCure Transparent is the original material developed for Objet PolyJet-based 3D Printers. A translucent acrylic-based photopolymer material, FullCure Transparent is suitable for a wide range of rigid models, particularly where visibility of liquid flow or internal details is needed. It utilizes the same support material (FullCure Support) as all FullCure Model materials, enabling an easy removal process and an easy switching between FullCure Transparent and other model materials.

Key Advantages

  • Enables visibility of liquid flow and internal details
  • No post processing required as materials are fully cured
  • Elongation at break of 20% enables some functional applications
  • Good impact strength
  • Models can be handled and touched, right off the tray
  • Easy to remove gel-like support –material means no hard grid edges
  • Model surfaces readily absorb paint without additional processing
  • Model material can also be machined, drilled, chrome-plated or used as a mold
