Our line-up of Objet 3D printers is unparalleled. We offer you eight different Objet printers. Based on your custom project needs, our experts can help you determine which technology would best suit your projects. From the Objet Desktop 24 and Objet Desktop 30 to the Objet Connex500, we have a great selection of printers which vary in size, speed, quality and price.

We also have a large quantity of resin in-stock. Eight different resin types, which can be mixed in almost any combination, mean you can create a totally unique and custom material to fit your exact prototype specifications. We can also custom order any other materials to fit your custom design requirements.

Rapid Prototyping

Like the name suggest, rapid prototyping (RP) is an automated 3D printing of a prototype. It must be designed using CAD software or scanned by a 3D laser scanner. Using additive manufacturing technology or solid freeform fabrication, our printers are able to build your prototype, layer by layer, right in front of you.

Polyjet Matrix

This technology allows simultaneous multi-material 3D printing. This pioneering technology allows the simultaneous printing/layering of different material types. We use dual-jet technology to combine materials, which creates new composite materials tailored to your exact needs. Immediately after each layer is printed, it is cured by a UV light, which produces ready-to-use models that are very durable. This technology offers you the ability to print prototypes made of more than one material, with different mechanical properties, in one easy print.

Additive Manufacturing

Additive manufacturing (AM) is a process by which a model is printed or constructed layer-by-layer. Objet’s industry leading printers are able to print any prototype 16-30 microns at a time, which allows for tremendous detailed accuracy in the smallest parts. At 3D Printers Canada, we offer you three different types of additive manufacturing: Stereolithography (SLA), Polyjet Matrix Technology and Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM).

3D Printing

3D printing is a type of additive manufacturing process. Compared to a subtractive manufacturing process, 3D printing minimizes waste and effort to optimize speed and value. There are several steps to this process. First a file (CAD or STL) must be created, scanned or imported and is then translated using 3D printing software. This software produces a computer based model that can be altered or reverse engineered to meet any requirement. Depending on the object and printer, the model undergoes construction and a printing jet begins layering the prototype 16-30 microns at a time.

Support

Here at 3D Printers Canada, we offer you the very best in customer support. Our main goal is to leave you satisfied with your experience. We provide our customers with in-house expert technicians that can help you over the phone or in person - we are always only a phone call away. We have many resources at our disposal to help you design and build the perfect 3D prototype. Our in-house experts are always ready to help you with any 3D printing solution. From 3D printers to resins, cartridges to resins and even used equipment, we have all the resources needed to best serve you! Our website is updated daily and we respond in a timely fashion to any email inquiries. We can also arrange conference calls over Skype if you wish to see our offices at your convenience

Printer Maintenance

All of the printers we offer here at 3D Printers Canada are easy to maintain and continue successful use. A 15-minute cleaning at the end of each print is essential to eliminate build up and ensure that the next print will be accurate.
